Fu Xi is not a character from Three Kingdoms, but a mythical Chinese emperor. He was the older brother of Nu Wa, and also her husband.

Fu Xi's reign supposedly lasted about 115 years, and happened between 3000 and 2700 B.C. He was a wise ruler who taught humanity many things, including how to hunt and cook. He invented music and Chinese writing. Like his sister, he was said to have a human head and the body of a snake.
