Nu Wa is not a character from the Three Kingdoms novel, but a figure from Chinese myth. She was the younger sister of Fu Xi, and also his wife.

Feng Nu Wa, also known as Mi Xi, separated heaven from earth and created humanity. She was a peaceful, motherly deity who loved mankind. She invented the whistle and marriage and taught mankind how to build dams and canals. It is said that she had the head of a woman and the body of a serpent, though she could change her form at will.
